Ganglia of abdomen

Sympathetic – from sympathetic trunk

1. celiac ganglia – to stomach, duodenum and pancreas
2. superior mesenteric ganglion and plexus, left and right aorticorenal ganglia – to kidneys, pancreas, and small bowel

1. renal ganglia – to kidneys
2. superior and inferior mesenteric – large bowel

1. NOTE: CN 10 goes through the superior mesenteric ganglion but does not synapse
